Step 2 shows you the list of advisors currently working for the acting faction. You can either remove an advisor by clicking on the “X” icon or hire a new advisor by selecting the type of advisor, their name and skill level, and if they are spellcasters or not.
If you select a type of advisor and the acting faction already has an advisor of the same type, you’ll need to check the confirmation checkbox to replace the old with the new.
