Using the “Faction” autocomplete field, select the list of Factions you would like to invite to your “Grand Diplomacy” action.
Those factions are added to the list, and you can check the “Accepted” checkbox to mention which of those factions will be attending.
A warning message will popup on the Timeline screen when the current date (year-season-month) matches the date selected for the Grand Diplomacy action.
