# Security

There are only two application roles in *Seeds of Wars*: The **Game Master**, and the **Player**.

The difference between the two roles is substantial. The Game Master can do everything and sees everything (in the scope of their campaigns); The Players have read-only access and can only see the information related to the factions they have been granted access to by the Game Master (see Factions).
